The criteria for consideration is as follows:

• Good character

• Good history as a tenant

• Whakapapa to Tapuika

Vacancies will be advertised publicly on TradeMe Property and the iwi members that have registered their interest with the Tapuika office will be advised so that they may apply. The suitability of applicants for the vacancy will be solely determined by Bay City Rentals.
