T.I.A – TRUST DEED REVIEW

In accordance with s29 of the Tapuika Iwi Authority Deed of Trust, after 5 years from the Settlement Date,    The Trustees shall undertake a Review of the Trust Deed and its operation with a view to reporting to the next Annual General Meeting following completion of the Review.

Adult registered members are invited to submit recommendations for amendments to the Trust Deed for the Trustees to consider in undertaking the Trust Deed Review.  

Recommendations are to be forwarded in writing to the Chairman Tapuika Iwi Authority, 19 Jellicoe St, PO Box 15 Te Puke 3153
